How to use Wallpaper Calculator: Plan Your Rolls Before You Hit the Road
- Measure your room. Grab a tape measure and note the height of your walls and the total length around the room (perimeter).
- Subtract doors and windows. Measure any large openings you won't be papering and have those numbers ready to deduct.
- Enter your roll dimensions. Type in the width and length of the wallpaper roll you're planning to buy — it's printed on the label.
- Add the pattern repeat. If your wallpaper has a repeating design, enter the repeat length so we can factor in the extra waste.
- Hit calculate. The tool spits out the number of rolls you need, with a small buffer baked in for trims and mistakes.
- Buy and roll out. Round up to the nearest roll, grab them on your next supply run, and you're set.
