We do, however, host:

- Site branding, logos, and design
If you believe content on toolsany.com (excluding user-controlled file processing) infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice as described below.
How to file a DMCA notice
To submit a notice, send the following to [email protected] with subject line "DMCA Notice":

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (URL or description).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material on our Service, with URL(s) sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your contact information — name, postal address, telephone number, email.

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We will review valid notices and respond within 5–10 business days, removing or disabling access to material that is determined to be infringing.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, of good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area.
Send counter-notices to [email protected] with subject "DMCA Counter-Notice".
Repeat infringers
We will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
