ToolsAny provides free, browser-based tools for ["image","pdf","calc","converter","dev","design","ai","social","life"]. All file processing happens locally in your browser; no files are uploaded to our servers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Engage in automated scraping, bot activity, or excessive requests that degrade Service performance
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or other users' data

You retain all rights to files and content you process via the Service. We do not claim any ownership over user-provided content. As stated, files are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to our servers.

The Service uses open-source libraries and components, each subject to its own license. See individual tool descriptions for attribution.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that tool outputs are error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.

No Backup Guarantee

Because file processing happens in your browser, we cannot recover data lost during a tool session (e.g., browser crash, accidental tab close). Always keep backups of important files.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ToolsAny AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
